PATIENT APPOINTMENT SAFETY PROTOCOL

We have been hard at work getting our office ready for you and we look forward to your visit! At Haltom Orthodontics, we have always followed infection control recommendations made by all the governing agencies. As you plan for your next visit, make note of the following to ensure everyone’s care and safety.

Important tips from the video:

• We will be calling each of you to confirm your appointment and ask pre-screening questions. 
• Please brush your teeth at home. Our brushing stations are closed at this time. 
• Parents of patients must complete a consent to treat form as well as answer pre-screening questions. 
• Masks are required. 
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for temperature checks, and hand sanitizer. 
• Our waiting room is closed and we encourage social distancing. 
• We are required to minimize the number of people in the office. If a parent would like to escort their child, then only one parent will be allowed and will also be subject to the full check-in protocol, including wearing a mask. Once inside, we ask that you remain in your designated area. 
• Once your visit is over, please call us to schedule the next appointment.
